From PST-SE according Ö-Norm M 7560, DIN 18164, 4108 and 4109.
With concealed, overlapping and stable PE foil with grid as supporting structure,
Steam absorbtion and as taking up of the fixing needle.

Rollout of the MR10-Multiroll coil.

Fastening of the heating pipes with clips.

System description

System foil plate from black deep drawing foil with 0.9mm of thickness an a grid of 50mm. The burl are insensitive to mechanical stress and guarantee highest safetyness of sound board and function stability.


Installation

Distinctive "noses" on the burl guarantee safe and quick installation. The heating pipe fits absolute tight.
On the plate edge will be an burl row overlap. The burl guarantee an overlap with optimal tightness. Through the burl over burl principle the installation is almost off cut free.The special structure of the burl enables the flexible use of  MULTITOP MTP-5 for heating pipes in the dimension from 14 to 17mm.

System description

Because of the concealed PS-foil the property of SYSTEM PLATE KDS is high pressure- and bending strength as well as a seal according the ÖNORM 7560 and DIN 18560 part 2 against moist plaster and water.
 

Installation

    
     

Extreme fast installation:
For example 300m² of radiant floor heating and 1560m of heating pipe in a production hall.
Installation time 4 workman - 3,8 hours.
